円舘工芸舎が手がける木製茶筒。その特徴のひとつが、容器と中蓋、外蓋が隙間なく収まりながらも、滑らかに開閉できる精緻な「あわせ」の技術です。その実現には、極めて高い加工精度と熟練の職人による繊細な感覚が求められます。

ロゴマークは、この卓越した技術と茶筒の構造に着想を得て制作しました。互いにぴたりと重なり合う形状をシンプルな幾何学的造形へと落とし込み、社名の一文字である「円」を象徴するシンボルとして再構成しています。

Endate Kogeisha specializes in handcrafted wooden tea canisters. One of their defining qualities is the exceptional precision of awase—the art of fitting the body, inner lid, and outer lid seamlessly together while allowing each to open and close with effortless ease. Achieving this delicate balance requires extraordinary craftsmanship, technical precision, and a highly refined sense of touch.

The logo draws inspiration from this remarkable technique and the construction of the tea canisters themselves. The interlocking forms are distilled into a simple geometric symbol that subtly evokes the Japanese character “円” (en), the first character of the company’s name.
